Both of the above allocation announcements have much more detail than the original allocation announcement on July 1st.
Victoria Murray system increases to 6%, Goulburn and Loddon systems increase to 8%, Campaspe increases to 31% and Bullarook increases to 100%. The Broken remains unchanged at 0%.
New South Wales
Murrumbidgee High Security opens at 95%. Murrumbidgee General Security opens at 0%.
NSW Murray High Security opens at 97%. NSW Murray General Security opens at 0%.
Lower Darling High Security opens at 30%. Lower Darling General Security opens at 0%.
Lachlan High Security opens at 87%. Lachlan General Security opens at 0%, with access to 57% of water carried over from 2018-2019 season & Lower Lachlan Groundwater opens at 70%
Macquarie The allocation for regulated river high security access licence holders is 0.7 megalitre per unit share and high security access licence sub categories will get 0.35 megalitre per unit share of their entitlement, while general
security licence holders receive 0.0 megalitres per unit share. Macquarie general security water access licence holders are not allowed to access water in their accounts carried over from the previous water year.
Lower Namoi & Upper Namoi High Security opens at 75%. Lower and Upper Namoi General Security opens at 0%. Lower Namoi General Security licence holders have no access to the water in their accounts as of the 1st of July 2019. Upper Namoi General Security licence holders have access to 75% of the water they carried over.
Gwydir High Security opena at 100%. Gwydir General Security opens at 0%.
NSW Border Rivers High Security opens at 100%. NSW Border Rivers General Security class A & B opens at 0% with access to 50% of their carry over water.
Lower Murrumbidgee Groundwater Deep opens at 70%.
